Eligibility: For printed books, you have 14 days from the day you receive the item to request a refund. Refunds are available if the products are damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong item.
Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, email us at service@ashokveda.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If applicable, please attach photos of the product. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition. Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or not as described. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
