I am a coach, researcher, and entrepreneur in equal measures. Raised in Vijayawada, a city in India, I always wanted to do something unique, innovative in life.
After receiving an honors degree with a distinction in electronics engineering from NIT Warangal, a top tech-university in India, I joined National Thermal Power Corporation, a power generation company contributing more than 40% of the power generation, as an engineer. In 4 years of my time with NTPC, I majorly worked in operational analytics.
My interest to do something more innovative and unique got me to focus on getting to top business school, to learn how to bring innovative ideas to real-world solutions. I pursued a post-graduation course in business from IIM-Ahmedabad, the top Business School in India, and an MBA in International Business from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
After my MBA graduation, I joined Logica Netherlands as Management Consultant – Innovation, and finally, I started working with experts in the field of bringing innovations to real-world solutions. I thoroughly enjoyed my work at Logica, brainstorming with colleagues and clients on innovations, working on bringing ideas to proof of concepts, and participating in technology innovation events. I managed a sizable delivery team in off-shore India. Experience with Logica was truly transformational.
While working with Logica, I co-founded my first company, Sports Square, in the Netherlands, along with a Dutch colleague and a German friend. Sports square is into providing sports analytics to amateur football clubs in Netherland, and other countries in Europe and the UK.
After 5 years with Logica, I become a full-time entrepreneur, venturing into multiple businesses: IT consulting, Analytics solutions, and commercial coaching businesses. Being an entrepreneur is a whole new world as compared to working as an employee in a corporate company. I went through many challenging phases and become more resilient and learned to cope with risks and opportunities as an entrepreneur. Over a few years, with my wife’s support in business, I managed to build a great team and sustained business models.
In one of the projects, I happened to explore the field of Artificial Intelligence, and I got fascinated by the idea of recreating human intelligence. Eventually, my complete focus shifted to Artificial Intelligence and related domains, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
Currently, I serve as the CEO of Rubixe, an AI company. I spend most of my time experimenting with evolving AI technologies and testing the limits of AI in business applications. Also lead mentor at DataMites, Mentor at NASSCOM and CII.

Among other things, I’m an educator, Ph.D. Scholar, keynote speaker, and mentor. I am a very passionate teacher. I have been working with universities, educational institutions, and corporate organizations in coaching Data Science and Artificial Intelligence aspirants. Coached more than 5,000 aspirants in the last few years
I love my family (2 daughters – 8 and 4 years, my wife – active business partner), my team ( always there from the early days of entrepreneurship, ready to take any challenge, hardworking, smart, loyal), and my curiosity for exploring something new, be innovative and do something unique in life.
